Transform your Life in 2025 - New Year True You Vision Board Workshop

Do you ever set New Year resolutions only to toss them aside by February? The problem with a resolution is that it doesn't involve planning, and it's usually so big that we feel overwhelmed. It's typically just a statement without intention, goals, and planning. To set ourselves up for success, our plans must serve as the means to an end. We need to define what we want to do before we define how we do it.

One of my passions is empowering women to lead authentic lives and foster connection. I am really excited about the launch of my new workshop, which is planned just for women seeking trueness!  I am partnering with my talented and dear friend Fort Worth artist Catherine White to lead Transform Your Life in 2025:  New Year, True You Workshop.

What can you expect?  A warm, welcoming environment to meet other women just like you, wanting a gentle reset for the new year in the beautiful, light-filled setting of Catherine's art studio; a support system to help you brainstorm and craft your curated plan for your goals; a delicious lunch and my favorite snacks, plus lots of coffee!

What this is not.  Life can be a hamster wheel with the constant checking off the day-to-day to-do list. This workshop is not about punishment for past goal failures. It's not therapy, and it's not a regimented curriculum. Instead, it will be a nurturing space to inspire, enlighten, and energize your journey into the new year.

Join us Saturday, January 25, from 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the Catherine White Art Studio and Gallery for a half-day workshop where you will:

• Identify and release old habits that trigger stress and hinder authentic living.
• Set 1-3 empowering intentions and reframe limiting beliefs.
• Create a unique "vision board" art piece as your inspiration for 2025.
• Enjoy lunch provided with morning snacks, coffee, and tea.
• Go home with materials to help guide you in the coming year.

Space is limited to only 20 adult attendees, so register today. After you complete your registration, you will receive an email confirmation and a personal email with additional details, including easy pre-workshop homework to complete before the meeting on January 25. The fee includes the instructor's time, course instruction, materials, art supplies, and food.
